2020 has been a powerful reminder that we are all in this together, and our choices and actions have the power to protect the most vulnerable among us. The same holds true when it comes to breast cancer.
It is the most common cancer amongst women where every 1 in 8 are positively diagnosed. Women of every culture, race and age are at risk, including those in their late teens, 20s or 30s.

The emergence of COVID-19 has led to a global pandemic resulting in strict regulations to slow the spread of infection. This has limited participation in social gatherings, normal working conditions and physical activity. This has changed daily routines and adapted existence (new normal). Although COVID-19 predominantly affects the respiratory system, recent evidence indicates a multisystem disease which is frequently severe.
